Over 50% of our collection comes from regional artists here in Alberta - which in turn transcends energy and vitality right back into our local arts community. Inspired by a dedication to and a passion for art, the gallery consistently showcases a spectacular array of talented artists at public exhibitions and private events.

We are a trusted resource for corporate and business clients, architects and interior designers. We provide art placement recommendations, order and supervise art commissions specifically created for unique locations and make all artwork arrangements including their shipping, delivery and installation.

Meet the Owner
Patti Dibski

Patti Dibski, a distinguished business leader, has leveraged her MBA and extensive business experience to make significant contributions to Calgary's art and design community. With over 20 years in the industry, she has established Gibson Fine Art as a prominent gallery and demonstrated a deep commitment to local and provincial arts. Patti served for six years on the Board of Governors for the Alberta University of the Arts, including a term as Vice-Chair. She currently sits on the Management Advisory Committee for Haskayne Business School and has served on the Board of Calgary Arts Development for six years. Her dedication to the arts extends to her involvement in various local arts and culture committees, reflecting her passion for fostering a vibrant community. Recognized as one of Avenue Magazine's Top 40 Under 40, Patti has been featured in numerous business and academic articles.

Additionally, she mentors both arts and business students at the University of Calgary and is currently serving as a Senator for the University of Calgary, furthering her impact on the next generation of professionals.

Patti is also a partner at the boutique furniture and design firm, Interior Living, where she brings her entrepreneurial spirit and comprehensive business experience to every project. She believes that obtaining art should be a comfortable and engaging experience. Her enthusiasm for art and design, combined with strong industry relationships and extensive expertise, has made Gibson Fine Art a go-to destination for both individual and corporate clients.

  Tira is a key member of our team at Gibson Fine Art. She oversees our gallery rental program, ensuring that each event, from weddings to corporate gatherings, is seamlessly executed. Tira also takes the lead in planning and coordinating gallery-hosted events, making sure every detail is handled with precision. She excels in helping clients find the perfect art pieces for their spaces, offering personalized suggestions and working from photos and design plans to ensure an ideal match. She also manages all digital communication, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience. With her sophisticated style and discerning eye, Tira is dedicated to making every client's experience exceptional.

  Hillary is an integral part of our gallery team, bringing her expertise as a trusted art consultant. She has a talent for truly understanding client needs by carefully listening to what they are looking for in their ideal art piece, considering factors like budget, wall space and size, design style of the home or office, and personal preferences. With a graduate degree in Architecture and a passion for interior design, she has a keen eye for detail and an enviable flair. Hailing from Argentina, Carolina’s multicultural background adds a touch of sophistication to her work, ensuring that each project is executed with precision and elegance.

  Jamie is a valuable part-time member of our team at the gallery. Known as our "art-gallery superhero," he is responsible for packing and shipping art, organizing our art storage, moving heavy paintings, and assisting with installations. With a keen sense of order and a robust work ethic, Jamie ensures that each piece is handled with care and precision. His blend of strength and precision, coupled with a dash of humor, adds substantial value to our operations and keeps our team smiling.
