Gibson Fine Art has been part of Calgary's art community for over 45 years. We work with leading Canadian artists across a wide range of media, with more than half of our collection coming from Alberta. We are proud to connect the right artwork with the people, homes, and spaces where it belongs. Original artwork is available for purchase, with guidance for both new and experienced collectors.

We regularly collaborate with corporate clients, architects, and interior designers, helping clients source art for everything from a single room to a full building project. From recommendations and commissions to shipping and installation, we handle it all.

Whether you are an established collector or just beginning to explore, you are welcome here. Our gallery is meant to feel like a home, warm, relaxed, and easy to wander through. We invite you to stop in, take your time, and discover something you love.

Meet the Owner
Patti Dibski

Patti Dibski has owned Gibson Fine Art since 2004, bringing more than two decades of experience working with Canadian artists, collectors, designers and corporate clients. What she loves most is still the moment someone walks into the gallery and finds a piece they cannot stop thinking about.

With an MBA and a background in business, Patti brings both a collector's eye and a practical understanding of how art lives in homes, workplaces and larger design projects. In 2013, she also became co-owner of Interior Living, the furniture and design studio next door.

Recognized as one of Avenue magazine's Top 40 Under 40, Patti has built her career around making original art feel personal and approachable, whether she is working with a first-time buyer or an established collector.

Patti's community involvement has included serving as Vice Chair of the Board of Governors at the Alberta University of the Arts. She currently sits on the Management Advisory Committee at the Haskayne School of Business and serves as a Senator at the University of Calgary.

On any given day at Gibson Fine Art, you are just as likely to find her in conversation with a collector as discovering new work from an artist, exactly how she likes it.
Meet The Team
- Suzy Warren
  Gallery Director
  Suzy brings a background in real estate, interior design, and management, with a natural talent for understanding people and their spaces. At Gibson Fine Art, she oversees gallery operations, supports artists and collectors, and coordinates exhibitions and events.
  With a sharp eye for design and a genuine feel for client service, Suzy enjoys helping people find art that feels personal, whether it is their first piece or the next addition to a growing collection. Outside the gallery, she draws inspiration from art, literature, travel, and the many ways she continues to learn, grow, and stay curious. Her thoughtful, intuitive approach helps create a gallery experience that feels personal, engaging, and memorable.
- Jaime Lopez
  Art Technician
  Jamie is a valuable part-time member of our team at the gallery. Known as our "art-gallery superhero," he is responsible for packing and shipping art, organizing our art storage, moving heavy paintings, and assisting with installations. With a keen sense of order and a robust work ethic, Jamie ensures that each piece is handled with care and precision. His blend of strength and precision, coupled with a dash of humor, adds substantial value to our operations and keeps our team smiling.

  Gallery Intern
  Currently studying at Emily Carr University of Art + Design in Vancouver, Milana supports Gibson Fine Art behind the scenes, assisting with the tasks that help keep the gallery running smoothly. Her thoughtful and dependable approach allows her to contribute to the gallery’s operations while gaining valuable insight into the inner workings of the art world.
  As she continues her studies, Milana is building practical experience in a gallery setting and developing a deeper understanding of the work that takes place beyond the exhibition space.
