  • Vancouver based artist Jessamyn Box employs a plethora of mixed media, dynamic colour and magical movement to create extraordinary, abstract tableaus that invite viewers into a reverie of unbridled fancy.

  • Utilizing acrylic, ink, crayon and charcoal Box draws out an ethereal fairy tale in a non-figurative arrangement of light, shade, and contrast, creating playful and concrete images. These seemingly subterranean and other worldly visuals are at once oddly romantic and fantastically modern, combining dreamy visual layers with lively line and form.
